Pugilist Roman "Chocolatito" Gonzalez

Nicaraguan boxer Roman "Chocolatito" Gonzalez only stands 5'3" but once inside the ring this pint-sized dynamo turns into a powerful and ferocious bull.

He has been described as the best boxer on his division and for almost two years 2015-2017 he was ranked by The Ring magazine as the best boxer in the world. His fighting record is 46-1 and his first career lost came this past March.

He is one of those rare quiet pugilist, as in the mold of a Humprey Bogard or Clint Eastswood character, and prefers doing the talk with his fighting gloves. He is also a great role models for may children across the world and is a wonderful ambassador for the sports of boxing.

HAPPY MOTHERS DAY!! To all the mothers who formed us inside their bodies, nurtured and gave us unconditional love with an embrace of compassion. To those sacred women who carried us in their arms, their chest and their shoulders until we finally took our first step and from there on taught us to take the right path while skipping the wrong one. Like a silent marching army of ghost the fog arrived and engulfed the small piece off flat land where the Native American shepherd and his wife live with their two daughters. He was a bit anxious and tossed his weary eyes upwards hoping to see a crack in the sky so the sun could find its way through it and dry the thin mist. Without a clear path to the Andes’ peaks, it would be a difficult and dangerous task for the man and his wife to bring their alpacas to graze. The flock instinctively understood the precarious situation, but with a loud whistle from the lips of their master, in unison, they took off as he fronted the way while his wife brought up the rear. It was a matter of time for the sun to show his face and after that it became easier and the working team was back to sprinting, running out of breath, chasing and jumping after the animals.
